Product Campaign Visual Design Ice Selendang Mayang as a Betawi Typical Drink

There are various types of Betawi food. Betawi has a variety of dishes that are amazing because they have a delicious and tempting taste. Starting from food and drinks to snacks can be in the form of cakes or ice. However, along with the times, there was a modernization of both food and beverages from abroad, this resulted in a decrease in the interest of the Indonesian people towards regional specialties including Betawi cuisine. One One of Betawi's specialties is es selendang mayang. Currently, the es selendang mayang has even been considered ancient by the Betawi people themselves. Now it is necessary to have a campaign to restore the existence of es selendang mayang in the audience. This research was conducted using qualitative methods such as literature study, field observations, and interviews. Through this product campaign, it is hoped that the public, especially young people as the main target, will be able to get to know more commonly about ice selendang mayang. And later they will no longer have the perception that es selendang mayang is an ancient drink, but on the contrary, it is an “old school drink” that can be packaged into a slang drink with contemporary creativity.
