Analysis of Khiyar Majlis in The Transaction of E-Payment by Using the QRIS in The Islamic Finance Industry in Indonesia

Abstract

The study is motivated by a number of companies that have not implemented the concept of khiyar majlis in the transaction of e-payment by using the QRIS in the islamic finance industry in Indonesia. By applying the contract khiyar majlis in the transaction of e-payment by using the QRIS get ease in the transaction has also been in accordance with the rules of sharia. This study aims to determine how the Khiyar majlis in the transaction of e-payment by using the QRIS in industry Indonesia sharia finance? And whether the concept of khiyar majlis in the transaction of e-payment by using the QRIS as an alternative payment system in the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia? The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design analytical. The source of the data used is the primary data source from the data obtained by using observation and interviews direct from the source. Processing techniques and data analysis was conducted in three phases, are: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this Study prove the concept of khiyar majlis in the transaction of e-payment by using the QRIS in its application in accordance with Islamic law and alternative payment system in the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia can facilitate the transaction. Payment transactions using QRIS in addition to the easy also comfortable and safe. As for the problems faced is on the internet and is still a lack of inclusion of the payment system with the use of e-payment QRIS community environment.
