Abstract

In the era of society 5.0, the activities of human life coexist with technology. The rapid development of technology makes the process of distributing and receiving information very fast. If used properly, the positive impact of receiving information can maximize the acquisition of language that has to do with the brain (neurolinguistics). This condition must also be used in schools, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education in elementary schools. Children at this age are in good condition in forming character, creativity, including language skills. This research used library research method or literature study. The data was gathered by studying manuscripts related to the research title. The subjects of this research were the documents that were used as a reference in developing this research. The results of this study indicated that neurolinguistics had urgency in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in elementary schools. PAI materials that had urgency with neurolinguistics were Fiqh, Arabic, Akidah and Islamic Cultural History (SKI) materials. Thus it could be concluded that neurolinguistics was not always synonymous with Indonesian subjects, but also had urgency with other subjects such as Islamic Education
