The Implementation of Al-Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah on the Institution of Islamic Education (Study on Smait Al Fityan School Medan)

Al-Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah is one of the leadership models that make the Prophet a reference example. The head of school at the Institute of Islamic education very requires the implementation of Al-Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah concept with the characteristics of the four main properties, namely: Ṣidīq, Āmānah, Tablīg, and Faṭānah and five mega skills namely: Ṣāhibul Ruʾyah, Al Muta'allim, Al ma'rifah Al Maīdāniyah, Al Muṣammīm Al Idārah, and Al Āmīn to organize, inspire, and affect the citizens of the school. This study aims to describe the implementation of Al-Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah is internalized by the head of SMAIT Al Fityan School Field into leadership. This study uses qualitative methods descriptive with library research as well as a technical interview with the head of school. The results of this study stated that the head of the school implements the concept of leadership is in the head of the school with the achievements of excellence for the advancement of the school and the goodness of the participant students.
