Abstract

This research aims to test the relationship between trust in leadership and the organization of Generation Z. This research is quantitative research that looks at the relationship between the two variables, namely trust in leaders and organizational commitment. The subjects in this research are employees who belong to Generation Z and choose to work virtually/in a virtual environment. The sample selection technique is purposive sampling. The number of subjects was 154 Generation Z employees. Data analysis used Spearman rank correlation. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between trust in leaders and organizational commitment in Generation Z (p = 0.00; R = 0.766).
