Abstract

This research developed crossword book media with the aim of finding out the feasibility (validation) of crossword book media. Wipe & Clean Crossword Book Media is an educational book media combined with IPAS content material. The game encourages students to think critically and hone their knowledge, this game can also increase interest in learning. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The independent variable is crossword book media, then the dependent variable is students' interest in learning. The testing technique used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The validation results of this research are validator 1 96% in the "very feasible" category, validator 2 83% in the "very feasible" category, validator 3 100% in the 'very feasible" category, and validator 4 100% in the "very feasible" category and the average score The validation average is 94.75%, the criteria are "very feasible". Conclusion: The IKR Wipe & Clean crossword puzzle book media with the criteria "very suitable" is valid for use in class V science subjects.
