This article discusses the importance of developing communicative competence in English language education through modern interactive methods. In contemporary language teaching, learners are expected not only to master grammar and vocabulary but also to communicate effectively in real-life situations. The paper highlights the role of communicative activities, digital technologies, collaborative learning, and interactive teaching strategies in improving students’ speaking abilities and overall communicative competence. Further-more, the study emphasizes that modern educational technologies and learner-centered approaches increase students’ motivation, participation, and critical thinking skills in English language classrooms.
